• Missing items
• Change of mind

To be eligible for a return, the product must:
• Be unused and in substantially the same condition as received.
• Be returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and complimentary items.
• Not show signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or excessive handling.
• Successfully pass Talentsqueez’s return inspection process.
Talentsqueez reserves the right to reject return requests that do not satisfy these requirements.
3. RETURN SHIPPING
For approved returns, Talentsqueez will arrange or bear the reasonable return shipping costs.
Customers may be required to cooperate with pickup arrangements and provide requested information to facilitate the return process.
4. REFUNDS
Once a returned item is received and inspected, Talentsqueez will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund request.
Approved refunds may be issued as:
• Full refunds
• Partial refunds, where appropriate based on product condition, missing components, or other circumstances
Refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

7. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Print-on-demand and personalized products are custom-made based on customer specifications.
As a general rule, print-on-demand products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
However, exceptions may be considered if:
• The product arrives damaged.
• The wrong design, customization, or product is delivered.
• There is a manufacturing defect.
Customers must report such issues within seven (7) days of delivery and may be required to provide photographs or other supporting evidence.
8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products, downloadable files, digital deliverables, and similar electronic content are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. FREELANCE SERVICES
Refund requests relating to video editing, digital marketing, Excel solutions, and other professional services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Factors considered may include:
• Work completed
• Project stage
• Resources utilized
• Time invested
• Agreed project terms
Refund approval remains at the sole discretion of Talentsqueez unless otherwise required by law.
10. EXCHANGES
Where appropriate, Talentsqueez may offer exchanges instead of refunds.
Exchange eligibility shall depend on product availability, inspection results, and the circumstances of the request.
11. ABUSE OF RETURN POLICY
Talentsqueez reserves the right to reject returns, restrict accounts, refuse future orders, or take appropriate action where return requests appear fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with the purpose of this policy.
