6. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation of an order at any time before the product has been delivered.
Once a product has been delivered, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted and any return, refund, or exchange request will be governed by the applicable Return & Refund Policy of Talentsqueez.
Talentsqueez reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, customers may be offered a replacement product or a refund, where applicable.
7. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Talentsqueez may offer custom-made or personalized print-on-demand products based on customer specifications, designs, requests, or customization requirements.
Due to the personalized nature of such products, all print-on-demand purchases are final.
Unless required by applicable law, print-on-demand products are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation once production has commenced.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before approving an order.
Talentsqueez shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information, designs, text, images, or specifications provided by the customer.
8. FREELANCE SERVICES
Talentsqueez may provide professional services including, but not limited to:

• Digital Marketing
• Excel Solutions
• Content-related services
• Other freelance or professional services introduced in the future
The scope of work, timelines, pricing, deliverables, payment schedules, revision limits, and project requirements may vary depending on the individual project and shall be communicated to the customer before or during project commencement.
Payment terms may differ from project to project and may require full payment, partial advance payment, milestone payments, or other arrangements agreed upon between Talentsqueez and the customer.
Revision policies are determined based on the specific project, complexity, pricing, and agreed scope of work.
Refund requests relating to freelance services shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may take into account the work completed, resources utilized, project progress, and other relevant factors.
Talentsqueez reserves the right to suspend, reject, or terminate a project if the customer engages in abusive conduct, provides unlawful content, fails to cooperate, or otherwise violates these Terms.
9. PAYMENTS
Payments for products and services offered directly by Talentsqueez may be processed through authorized payment providers, including Razorpay and any additional payment providers introduced in the future.
Customers agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process transactions on their behalf.
Talentsqueez does not store complete debit card, credit card, or banking credentials on its servers.
Prices, fees, service charges, and applicable taxes may change from time to time without prior notice.
In the event of a payment failure, transaction dispute, chargeback, suspected fraud, or unauthorized activity, Talentsqueez reserves the right to suspend services, cancel orders, or take appropriate action to protect its interests and customers.
